Educational opportunities for Boards of Directors and
residents to enhance the function to ensure the
continuation of service to Resident-Owned Communities.

resident-owned manufactured home communities on the suncoast, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater,
Hillborough and
Pinellas County. We provide
information to those communities and the general
public on issues of importance to ROC’s..
